The body is always participating in the conversation, even when the mind is speaking the loudest. A tightening in the chest, a softened jaw, or a deeper breath can reveal information before language catches up.
Listening does not mean every sensation becomes a command. It means we make room for another kind of intelligence and become curious about what it may be protecting or requesting.
We can begin with simple questions: What happens inside me when I imagine saying yes? What changes when I imagine saying no? Where do I feel more space?
Answers are not always dramatic. Sometimes the clearest signal is a slight settling, a sense that we no longer have to argue with ourselves quite so hard.
Trust is rebuilt through repetition. Each time we notice a signal and respond with care, we strengthen the path back to our own center.
